About Weatherplanner
Do you forecast severe or extreme types of weather?
WeatherPlanner can identify weather trends or intervals when the likelihood of the most severe types of weather events -- hurricanes and tropical storms, tornadoes, high winds, large hail, floods, and blizzards will occur. While WeatherPlanner does not individually identify severe weather events, it does indicate weather trends or intervals that could be a result of such events.
Temperature extremes are relatively rare weather events. WeatherPlanner predicts temperature ranges in intervals according to whether these time periods are expected to be warmer, colder, or within seasonal averages. When record temperatures do occur, they usually happen during intervals when WeatherPlanner forecasts predict temperatures to be warmer or colder than usual for the season.
